Orders can only be canceled before a tracking number has been issued. Once your order has been processed and a tracking number provided, cancellations are no longer allowed.

We do not offer refunds. However, you may exchange your item for a different size within 10 days of receiving it. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and include the original receipt.

No. Sale items and express-shipped orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

Once your package is with the shipping carrier, Moral Essence is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed items. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for order fulfillment. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped within 2–3 business days.

Absolutely. A tracking number will be emailed or texted to you once your order ships.
