Moral Essence Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed. All sales are considered final at the time of checkout due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
Modifications
- If you need to update your shipping address or order details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, changes cannot be guaranteed as fulfillment may already be in progress.
Returns & Exchanges
- Refunds are not accepted. Exchanges are available for size adjustments only and must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Distressed items are intentionally designed to have unique, worn aesthetics and are not eligible for exchange due to their appearance.
Refused or Undeliverable Orders
- If your package is refused upon delivery or returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for covering reshipping fees. Reshipping will only occur after the fee is paid.
