Shipping policy

DISCLAIMER

  • Moral Essence is not responsible for any import taxes, customs fees, or duties imposed by your country.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by domestic or international holidays, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

  • Please allow 2 weeks for your order to be fulfilled, as all items are crafted and packaged with care at our HQ.
  • Once fulfilled, orders are shipped within 2–3 business days. Processing and fulfillment times may vary for made-to-order items or during high-volume periods.
  • Payment processing may take 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and national holidays). This is separate from shipping times and ensures payment validity and fraud prevention.

SHIPPING DETAILS

  • Orders are shipped via third-party carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
  • To ensure timely delivery, please provide complete and accurate address details, including street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers.
  • Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, MRE Apparel is not responsible for:
    • Lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
    • Delivery issues caused by the carrier.
    • Incorrect addresses were provided at checkout.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please use it to monitor your package's progress.
  • If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, the shipping carrier is responsible for resolving the situation.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Refunds are not accepted. Exchanges are offered for size adjustments only, provided the item is returned in its original condition.
  • Distressed items are intentionally designed to have a unique, worn look; this is not considered a defect.

RETURNED TO SENDER

  • If a package is returned to Moral Essence due to a refusal of acceptance or an incomplete/incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees. Reshipping will only be processed after the required payment is paid.

If you do not accept your package, and it is returned to the sender (Moral Essence) you must cover Reshipping fees to have the package returned to you with the shipping courier of your choice.
